HALTON BOROUGH COUNCIL
HALTON BOROUGH COUNCIL hereby gives notice that it has resolved to lift the suspension of charging tolls on and over the Mersey Gateway Bridge under the Mersey Gateway Bridge and the A533 (Silver Jubilee Bridge) Roads User Charging Scheme Order 2016 (The Order) with effect on (and including) the 14th September 2017 and that on and from this date tolls and charges will be levied at the rates of:

In accordance with the order and, in particular, the charge ranges specified in paragraph 10(4) of it over the Mersey Gateway Bridge and accordingly are specified for the purposes of the order. Pursuant to Article 7(2) of the Order tolls and charges in respect of the Silver Jubilee Bridge remain suspended until further notice is given.
