I, Simon Weir (IP No. 9099) of DSi Business Recovery, Ashfield House, Illingworth Street, Ossett, West Yorkshire, WF5 8AL give notice that I was appointed Liquidator of the above named Company on 13 November 2017 by a resolution of members.

Notice is hereby given that the creditors of the above named Company which is being voluntarily wound up, are required, on or before 31 December 2017 to prove their debts by sending to the undersigned Simon Weir of DSi Business Recovery, Ashfield House, Illingworth Street, Ossett, West Yorkshire WF5 8AL the Liquidator of the Company, written statements of the amounts they claim to be due to them from the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidator to be necessary.

If so required by notice in writing from the Liquidator creditors must, either personally or by their solicitors, come in and prove their debts at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their debts are proved.

Please note that this is a solvent liquidation and therefore the Joint Liquidator is entitled to make the distribution without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.
