THE PUBLIC HEALTH ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1967

The Department of Health has made a Statutory Rule entitled "The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021 (Amendment No. 13) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021", (S.R. 2021 No. 217) which came into operation at 6.00 pm on 30 July 2021.

This Rule amends the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021 (“the principal regulations”) by permitting music at indoor venues in addition to theatres and concert halls, subject to certain restrictions; reduces the required social distancing to one metre in hospitality venues; and makes a number of technical corrections.

The rule may be purchased from the Stationery office at www.tsoshop.co.uk or by contacting TSO Customer Services on 0333 202 5070, or viewed online at http://www.legislation.gov.uk/nisr
