The Department of Health has made a Statutory Rule entitled "The Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) (2021 Consolidation) (Amendment No. 10) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021", (S.R. 2021 No. 313) which came into operation at 4.00 am on 28 November 2021.

This rule amends the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021 by adding Angola and Zambia to Schedule 1 (Red list countries); and amends Schedule 8 (Prohibition on arrival of aircraft and vessels) by adding Angola and Zambia to prevent aircraft from those countries arriving in Northern Ireland except in limited circumstances.
