Notice is hereby given that an Application was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court (Ref: EDI-B410-23) by OM & OJAS PROPERTIES LIMITED, having its registered office at 59/1 Stenhouse Gardens, Edinburgh, EH11 3LS, craving the Court, inter alia, to grant an Order extending the period allowed for registration by the Registrar of Companies of the charge constituted by the standard security granted by OM & OJAS PROPERTIES LIMITED to PARAGON BANK PLC, having its registered office at 51 Homer Road, Solihull, West Midlands, B91 3QJ (Company Number 05390593) dated 8 February 2022 and registered in the Land Register of Scotland under title number MID125796 on 23 February 2022 under and in terms of section 859F of the Companies Act 2006 and; in which Application the Sheriff at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 26 April 2023 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by way of email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within eight days after advertisement of the application; all of which notice is hereby given.
