Notice is hereby given, for the purposes of section 36(2) of the Partnership Act 1890, that, following the termination and dissolution of Sand Aire Founder Partner LP (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in Scotland under the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 with number SL004809 and having its principal place of business at 2nd Floor Easter Dalry House, 3 Distillery Lane, Edinburgh EH11 2BD, the winding up of the Partnership has been completed with effect from 30 June 2024.

Dunedin (SAPE Scotland GP) Limited and Dunedin (General Partner III) LLP, as general partners of the Partnership.
