Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 26 October 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 7 June 2024, I, Jacqueline Ann Cawood-Heath, 29 Farthingloe Road, Dover CT17 9LD Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Jacqueline Ann Heath and assumed the name of Jacqueline Ann Cawood-Heath.
