NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the deemed consent procedure is to be used to seek a decision from the creditors of the Company on the appointment of Ashok Bhardwaj as Liquidator of the Company.

In order to object to the proposed decision, creditors must send notice to the convenor at Redmans Insolvency Services c/o Maple House, 382 Kenton Road, Kenton, Harrow, Middlesex HA3 9DP, stating that they object, not later than the decision date, together with a proof of debt in respect of their claim otherwise, the objection will be disregarded.

Unless 10% of the creditors who would be entitled to vote at a qualifying decision procedure object to this decision, then it will be automatically approved on 23 August 2024, the Decision Date.
