Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 1 July 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 24 October 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Ronald George Chapman who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Ronald George Stark and assumed the name of Ronald George Chapman.
