Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 11-07-2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 19-09-2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Theodore Jack Daniel Dakota Chester, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Dakota Theodore Jack Chester and assumed the name of Theodore Jack Daniel Dakota Chester.
