Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 13 March 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 16 December 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Az Jenkins Hogg who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Jess Jenkins Hogg and assumed the name of Az Jenkins Hogg.
