The Hazardous Waste (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005

The Department of the Environment has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Hazardous Waste (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 (S.R.2005 No.461). The Rule, which is made under powers conferred by Section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 and Articles 30, 48 and 77 of the Waste and Contaminated Land (Northern Ireland) Order 1997, amends the Hazardous Waste Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005. The Regulations come into operation on 21 October 2005.
