Notice of cancellation pursuant to section 16 of the act

Notice is hereby given that the Financial Conduct Authority has, pursuant to the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965, cancelled the registration of the following societies at their request.

12 April 2013

Acorn Co-operative Limited (Register No. 2746RS ) the registered office of which is at Camus Arsa, Lunga Craobn Haven Lochgilphead PA31 8UU

5 April 2013

Shetland Cheviot Marketing Society Limited (Register No. 2243RS ) the registered office of which is at C/o J Johnson Fairview, Vidlin, SHETLAND ZE2 9QB

Each society listed above ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by it, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
