The following notice is in substitution for that which appeared on page 14271 of The London Gazette dated 19th December 1997 In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court. No. 006067 of 1997In the Matter of INVERSTORE LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 and in the Matter of the Companies Act 1985A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 1 The Glade, Woodford Wells, Essex IG8 0QA, combined with an application to restore the Company to the Register of Companies, presented on 1st December 1997 by Wren Group Limited (In Liquidation) whose registered office address is at Hill House, 1 Little New Street, London EC4A 3TR, acting by its Joint Liquidators Christopher Morris and Roger Arthur Powdrill of the same address, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 14th January 1998, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 13th January 1998.
