The A483 Trunk Road (Welshpool Bypass, Welshpool, Powys) (Prohibition of U-turns) Order 1998

Notice is hereby given that on 23rd January 1998, the Secretary of State made the above Order which will come into operation on 9th February 1998. The effects are as stated in notice 500 in The London Gazette No. 54984 dated 19th December 1997.   Anyone wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant section of the Act or that any requirement of that Act or any Instrument made under it has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks of 6th February 1998, apply to the High Court for this purpose.   A copy of the Order and plan may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Powys County Council, Area Office, Clive House, Neuadd Maldwyn, Severn Road, Welshpool.
