Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meetings of the above-named Companies will be held at the offices of Arthur Andersen, Bank House, 9 Charlotte Street, Manchester, on Monday, 23rd March 1998, at 10 a.m., to receive an account showing how the winding-up of these Companies has been conducted, and their property disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be furnished by the Liquidator and to pass a Resolution as to the disposal of the books, accounts and documents of these Companies.
