At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Park House, 102-108 Above Bar, Southampton, Hampshire SO14 7NH, on 12th February 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Edward Terence Head, of Lyon Pilcher, Park House, 102-108 Above Bar, Southampton SO14 7NH, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” D.
