DEVON COUNTY COUNCIL

The County of Devon (Fore Street, Ivybridge) (Prohibition and Limitation of Waiting) and (Fore Street, Ivybridge) (Parking Place) (Amendment) Orders 1998. Notice is hereby given that on 12th February 1998, Devon County Council made the above Orders under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as published in The London Gazette, No. 54139, dated 25th August 1995 (Ref. No. 491) to come into force on 27th February 1998.   Details are contained in the Orders which, together with a plan illustrating the lengths of roads affected, may be inspected during usual office hours at the offices of the Local Service Officer, Ivybridge, Devon County Council, 2-4 Cornwood Road, Ivybridge.   If you wish to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provision contained in them, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any Instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, you may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
