Notice is hereby given that a Final Meeting of the Members of W Graham & Sons (Ash) Limited will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton, Enterprise House, 115 Edmund Street, Birmingham B3 2HJ, on 3rd April 1998, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator (pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986), showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may apoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Grant Thornton, Enterprise House, 115 Edmund Street, Birmingham B3 2HJ, by not later than 12 noon on 2nd April 1998. R.
