ARNEW INVESTMENTS LIMITED AND THE LIGHTHOUSE CLUB LIMITEDIn accordance with section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, a Final Meeting of the Companies Shareholders will be held at Bridewell House, 6 Greyfriars Road, Reading, Berkshire RG1 1JG, on 9th April 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, to receive an account showing how the Liquidation has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of. A Shareholder who is entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting can appoint another person as his or her proxy holder to attend and vote instead of him or her.
