Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Liquidator of the above-named Company intends paying a First Dividend to Creditors. The Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 26th April 1998, to submit their proof of debt to the undersigned, Steven Law, of Ensors, Cardinal House, 46 St. Nicholas Street, Ipswich IP1 1TT, the Liquidator of the Company. The Dividend will be declared within 4 months of 26th April 1998, the last date for proving. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the day mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in, the first Dividend, or any other Dividend declared before his debt is proved.
