Notice is hereby given that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 41 Castle Way, Southampton SO14, on 22nd May 1998, at 11 a.m. The purpose of the Meeting, which is called under the provisions of section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, is to receive an account of the winding-up, showing how it has been conducted, and the Company’s property disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. No formal voting is anticipated at the Meeting, but a Member wishing to vote at the Meeting must complete and lodge with me the proxy form, unless the Member is an individual attending the Meeting personally or a Company authorising a representative under the provisions of section 375 of the Companies Act 1985.
