Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 7th April 1998 and enrolled in the
Supreme Court of Judicature on 20th May 1998, Joanna Black, on behalf of HANNAH ELIZABETH
BLACK, of 1 Arcadia Avenue, Brooklands, Sale, Cheshire N33 3RT, single, and a British
citizen by virtue of section (1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the
name of Waring and assumed the surname of Black.
