The following notice is in substitution for that which appeared on page 65821 of The London Gazette dated 6th June 1998 which referred to Metropolitan Design Limited in error

In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Leeds District Registry.  No. 1514 of 1998In the Matter of OFFICE OF METROPOLITAN DESIGN LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 55 North Cross Road, East Dulwich, London SE22 9ET, presented on 22nd April 1998 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, Uxbridge VAT Office, 1 Park Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 1RN, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Leeds District Registry, The Courthouse, Oxford Row, Leeds 1, on 30th June 1998, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).   Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 29th June 1998.
