NOTICE TO ALL CREDITORS AND OTHERS TO MAKE THEIR CLAIMS AGAINST THE TRUSTEES

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having any interest in or claim against the Kuehne & Nagel 1986 Pension Scheme is hereby required to send particulars of his or her claim in writing to the Trustees of the Scheme, c/o Wendy Jones, Kuehne & Nagel Ltd., Old Bath Road, Colnbrook, Berkshire SL3 0NW, and to send such particulars not later than two months after the date of this notice, after which date the Trustees will distribute the fund amongst the persons of whom they then have notice and will not, as regard the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have notice.
