Retirement Benefits Plan and Capital Accumulation Plan

Notice is hereby given that any persons having a claim or interest in the BIS Strategic Decisions Limited Retirement Benefits Plan or Capital Accumulation Plan (“the Plans”) are required to send particulars in writing by registered post of such claim or interest to the Trustees of the BIS Strategic Decisions Limited Retirement Benefits Plan and Capital Accumulation Plan, c/o Adrian Stanworth, Jardine Reeves Brown Limited, St. James’s House, 7 Charlotte Street, Manchester M1 4DZ, within 2 months of the date below. After this date the Trustees of the Plans will distribute the remaining assets in accordance with the provisions of the Trust Deed and Rules of the Plans among the Members and any other persons entitled to benefit having regard only to claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not in respect of the property so distributed be liable to any person whose claims they shall not have had notice. Any person who has already been notified of having an entitlement under the Plans or who has made a claim and received a response need not re-apply to the Trustees. 15th July 1998.
