At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Lewis Alexander & Collins, 103 Portland Street, Manchester M16DF, on 28th July 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Michael David Alexander and Stephen Hoffman, of Lewis Alexander & Collins, 103 Portland Street, Manchester M16DF, be and they are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up.” J.
