Notice of Intention to Adopt Proposals for a Local Plan Basingstoke and Deane Borough Local Plan

Notice is hereby given that Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council propose to adopt these plan propoals without any further modifications.   Copies of the plan proposals, the report of the Inspector who held the local inquiry, the Authority’s statement of reasons and decisions in the light of the report, the list of the proposed modifications, the list of the recommendations in the report which the authority do not intend to accept, and the Authority’s statement of reasons and decisions in the light of objections to the list of proposed modifications and the Authority’s decision not to accept certain of the Inspector’s recommendations are available for inspection at: Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, 8.30a.m. to 5p.m., Monday to Thursday and 4.30p.m. on Friday; and The County libraries at Potters Walk, Basingstoke; Chineham District Centre, Chineham; Bell Street, Whitchurch and Winchester Street, Overton (during normal library opening hours).
