Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 20th July 1998, Hyacinth Fay Jackson of 21 Beaumont Avenue, Wembley, Middlesex HA0 3BZ, married and a British citizen by virtue of section 6 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Hyacinth Jackson and assumed in lieu thereof the name of HYACINTH FAY JACKSON.
