PENSION AND LIFE ASSURANCE PLANS OF DCS

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustees of the Pension and Life Assurance Plan of DCS (“the Scheme”) intend to convey or to distribute among the persons entitled thereto assets and property held for the purposes of the Scheme (pursuant to its termination) and require any person having a claim against or an interest in the Scheme (in particular by reason of having been a part-time employee of Global Automotive Ltd., or Global Automotive (Northern) Ltd.) to send particulars in writing of his claim, interest or employment to the person whose name and address is set out below before 10th February 1999, after which time the Trustees of the Scheme will have regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice in exercising their powers and duties under the Scheme and, as respects any property or assets distributed by the Trustees in accordance with the provisions of the Scheme, the Trustees shall not be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
