Notice is hereby given, under the provision of Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that a First and Final Dividend is intended to be declared in the above matter. Creditors who have not already done so must send details in writing of any claim against the Company to the Liquidator, S. L. Conn, of Stephen Conn & Co., 17 St. Ann’s Square, Manchester M2 7PW, by 15th December 1998. I shall, within 4 months of that date, proceed to declare such Dividend and Creditors who have not lodged their claims will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made. S. L.
