At an Extraordinary General Meeting of Cara Ireland (Tours) Limited, held at No. 1 London Bridge, London SE1 9QL, on 21st December 1998, the following Special Resolution was passed: “That the Company be wound up as a Members’ Voluntary Liquidation, and that Colin Graham Bird and Nigel Steven Hill, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, No. 1 London Bridge, London SE1 9QL, are hereby appointed as its Liquidators and the powers of the Liquidators may be exercised by either independently of the other.” J.
