PURDY MINING EQUIPMENT LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFIT SCHEME
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against or interest in the Purdy Mining Limited Retirement Benefit Scheme (“the Scheme”), including any person who worked on a part-time basis for any Company participating in the Scheme since 17th May 1990, is requested to send particulars of his or her claim or interest to the Trustees of the Scheme, c/o Ref. PAC, Lupton Fawcett, Yorkshire House, Greek Street, Leeds LS1 5SX, on or before 19th April 1999, after which date the Trustees will apply the assets of the Scheme amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and interests of which the Trustees shall then have notice, and the Trustees shall not be liable for the assets of the Scheme or any part of them so distributed to any person whose claim or interest they shall not then have had notice.
