COACHWORK WALKER LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME

The Trustees of The Coachwork Walker Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme, previously known as The Coachwork Conversions Limited Pension Scheme (the “Scheme”), hereby give notice that the Scheme is being wound up. Any persons who are not currently in receipt of a pension from the Scheme and who believe that they have an entitlement to benefits from the Scheme should write to Fountain Trustee Limited, 117 The Headrow, Leeds LS1 5JX, Ref. MEC/MJB, giving details of their claim to benefits under the Scheme. Any claim must be registered by 30th September 1999. No person making a claim after 30th September 1999 who is not presently known by the Trustees to be a beneficiary of the Scheme shall be entitled to benefit from the Scheme.
