Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Debtor has been summoned by the Trustee, pursuant to section 331 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purposes of receiving the Trustee’s final report on how the bankruptcy has been conducted and the property of the Bankrupt has been disposed of, and to determine whether the Trustee should have his release under the provisions of section 331 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rule 6.137 of the Insolvency Rules 1986.
