I, David Crew Knight, of 18 Tregarvon Road, London SW11 5QE, hereby give notice that I have been appointed Trustee to the above Debtor on 8th October 1999, by the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry. Creditors who have not proved their debts must forward their proof of debt to me. I do not propose to summon a General Meeting of the Debtor’s Creditors for the purpose of establishing a Creditors Committee pursuant to section 301 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
