Annual Liquidation Meetings

A Meeting of the Company’s Shareholders will be held at Plumtree Court, London EC4A 4HT, on Tuesday, 11th April 2000, at 10 a.m., as required by section 93 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The purpose of the Meeting is for the Joint Liquidators to present a report on his acts, dealings and the conduct of the winding-up during the preceding year. No formal Resolutions will be put to the Meeting. A Shareholder who is entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting can appoint another person as his or her proxy holder to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy holder need not be a Member of the Company. Proxies for use at the Meeting must be lodged with me at Plumtree Court, London EC4A 4HT, no later than 4 p.m. on 10th April 2000. A. R.
