Notice is hereby given that, by a Deed Poll dated 2nd March 2000 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 4th March 2000, ANGELAGRANT, of 48 Kennington Road, Kennington, Oxford OX1 5PB, single and a British citizen, by virtue of section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Kenneth Percival Church and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Angela Grant.
