COMMUNITY OF CHURCHSTOKE COUNTY OF POWYS

Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 35(1)(c) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, that by the Roundton Hill No. 1 Declaration 2000 made on 31st May 2000, the Countryside Council for Wales declared that the land containing 33.7 hectares (83.3 acres) or thereabouts situated in the Community of Churchstoke, in the county of Powys and shown edged red on the plan attached to the said Declaration is being held by the Montgomeryshire Wildlife Trust and that the said land is being managed as a national nature reserve. Certified copies of the said Declaration with plan attached have been deposited for public inspection at the office of Powys County Council in Welshpool from Monday to Friday inclusive during the normal office hours. Certified copies may also be inspected at the office of the Countryside Council for Wales, First Floor, Ladywell House, Newtown, Powys SY16 1RD, from Monday to Friday inclusive during the normal office hours.
