DECLARATION OF NATURE RESERVE—PARISH OF THORNHAUGH—UNITARY AUTHORITY OF PETERBOROUGH (COUNTY OF CAMBRIDGESHIRE)
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 19 of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 and section 35 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, that by the Bedford Purlieus Nature Reserve No. 1 Declaration 2000, made on the 3rd August 2000, the Nature Conservancy Council for England declared that the land containing 207.6 hectares or thereabouts situated in the Parish of Thornaugh in the Unitary Authority of Peterborough (County of Cambridgeshire) and shown on the plan attached to the said Declaration is being held by the Forestry Commission, a body approved by the Council, and managed as a nature reserve. Certified copies of the Bedford Purlieus National Nature Reserve No. 1 Declaration 2000, have been deposited for public inspection, free of charge, during normal office hours at the offices of Peterborough City Council, Bridge House, Town Bridge, Peterborough PE1 1HB, and Peterborough Central Library, Broadway, Peterborough, and at the offices of the Nature Conservancy Council for England at Northminster House, Peterborough PE1 1UA, and Ham Lane House, Ham Lane, Orton Waterville, Peterborough PE2 5UR.
