Annual Liquidation Meetings

A Meeting of the Contributories of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 93 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up during the preceding year.
