DECLARATION OF NATURE RESERVE CARLISLE PARK MORPETH IN THE COUNTY OF NORTHUMBERLAND

Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 19 of the above-mentioned Act, that by the Local Nature Reserve Declaration Ref. No. 5 made on 15th May 2001, by the Castle Morpeth Borough Council, 12.89 hectares or thereabouts situate at Carlisle Park Morpeth in the county of Northumberland and shown edged red on the plan attached to the said Declaration is within the ownership of the Council and that the said land is being managed by a Nature Reserve. Certified copies of the said Declaration with the plan attached have been deposited for public inspection, free of charge, at the offices of Castle Morpeth Borough Council at The Kylins, Loansdean, Morpeth, Northumberland, from Monday to Friday during normal office hours.
