Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 7 July 2001 and enrolled at the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 2 October 2001, CHLOE TE AHWINA GARLAND LOFT, of Birchwood Cottage, Woldingham Road, Woldingham, Surrey CR3 7LR, single and a Commonwealth citizen, under the British Nationality Act 1981, section 37(1)(b), formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the forenames of Ahwina Chloe and Te Ahwina Chloe and the surnames of Karena and Garland and has assumed and adopted and intends on all occasions to use and subscribe the forenames of Chloe Te Ahwina Garland and the surname of Loft instead of the forenames of Ahwina Chloe and Te Ahwina Chloe and the surnames of Karena and Garland so as to be at all times called, known and described by the name of Chloe Te Ahwina Garland Loft exclusively.
