Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 93 and 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Annual and Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 8 Salisbury Square, London EC4Y 8BB, on 25 January 2002, at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively, for the purposes of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation which may be given by the Joint Liquidators.
