Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 93 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Mary Street House, Mary Street, Taunton, Somerset TA1 3NW on Friday 8 March 2002 at 10.00 am precisely, to receive the account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings, and of the conduct of the winding-up, during the twelve months ended 19 December 2001, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Any Member entitled to attend and vote at the above-mentioned Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy, who need not be a Member of the Company to attend and vote instead of him.
