Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 9 May 2002 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 7 October 2002, Carole Harrison Forrest Murray and Stephen Peter Kendall, as persons having parental responsibility, on behalf of MADELAINE JANE KENDALL-MURRAY, a child, single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Murray and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Kendall-Murray.
