Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 93 of the Insolvency Act 1986, the Annual General Meeting of the Company and pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, the Final General Meeting of the Company will be held at Becket House, 1 Lambeth Palace Road, London SE1 7EU, on 25 March 2003, at 10.00 am, to have an account laid before them, showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators and to pass a Resolution as to the disposal of the books, accounts and documents of the Company.
