Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 5 February 2003 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 25 February 2003, I, JOHN JOSEPH BORDONERO, of 181 Stanley Park Avenue South, Anfield, Liverpool L4 7XE, single and a British citizen by virtue of section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of John Joseph Borden and assumed in lieu thereof the name of John Joseph Bordonero.
