Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 20 August 2003 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 29 September 2003, we, Francis Richard Northcott and Kirsten Ann Northcott, the persons having parental responsiblity for XAN RICHARD NORTHCOTT, formerly Alexander Richard Northcott, of c/o 3rd Floor, 169 Fulham Road, London SW3 6SP, single, a minor of 8 years of age and a British citizen, by virtue of section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the forename of Alexander and assumed in lieu thereof the forename of Xan.
