Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 6 August 2003 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 15 October 2003, CAROLINE ANNABEL BULMER, of The Great Venn, Avenbury, near Bromyard, Herefordshire HR7 4LB, single and a British citizen, under section 11 of the British Nationality Act 1981, formally renounced and abandoned the use of the surname Walters and has assumed and adopted and intends on all occasions to use and subscribe the surname of Bulmer instead of the surname of Walters so as to be at all times known and described by the name of Caroline Annabel Bulmer. 6 August 2003.
